Medical Assistants at Enchanted play a vital role in supporting both clinical and front office operations to deliver exceptional patient care and an enchanting experience for our clients. You will assist with patient intake, rooming patients, preparing treatment rooms, obtaining consents, completing questionnaires, and taking clinical photographs for patient charts. Additionally, you will help check patients in and out, schedule future appointments, process payments, provide information on aesthetic treatments and products, and ensure a smooth patient flow.
Other responsibilities include answering phones, performing administrative tasks, maintaining a clean and welcoming front office and treatment areas, restocking and reorganizing retail products, and resetting rooms after patient visits. Our Medical Assistants are cross-trained to support providers in the back office, contributing to a seamless and luxurious aesthetic experience for both new and returning patients.
You must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, as you will interact daily with patients in a professional and empathetic manner. Proficiency in office software and electronic medical records (EMR) systems is required for accurate data entry, payment processing, and patient documentation. The ability to follow directions, work independently, and thrive in a fast-paced environment is essential, along with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
A genuine passion for the medical aesthetics industry is a must. Success in this position depends on developing in-depth knowledge of aesthetic products, services, and treatments, as well as understanding the importance of proper credentialing and patient education. You will confidently answer patient questions, provide personalized treatment recommendations, and educate clients on procedures and skincare—whether in person, over the phone, or via email.
