Appointment Policy

If you arrive late, your valuable treatment time will be impacted. Enchanted Medical Aesthetics will make every effort to implement your entire treatment in the Policies of Appointment for the remaining scheduled time but reserve the right to reschedule your appointment if you arrive more than 10 minutes late and charge the cancellation fee (see cancellation Policies Appointment for details).

Cancellation / No Show Policy

At ENCHANTED, we have a 48-hour cancellation/no-show policy to ensure guests can get in for appointments promptly. No shows or cancellations within 48 hours may be charged the appointment fee to the credit card on file.

All Skin Health Appointments:

Aesthetician Services – $50

Providers’ appointments are booked out weeks to months ahead. Therefore, cancellations at the last minute will not allow us to fill appointments. Thank you for understanding our cancellation policy. Your understanding will enable the ENCHANTED team to continue to provide the highest quality service for you and future patients and value our team members’ time.

Once you schedule an appointment, you agree to our appointment no-show or cancellation policy.

Refund Policy

There are no refunds offered on our services. Note that results vary from patient to patient. We do our best to bring you your desired outcome, but outcomes cannot be assured. If you need additional services to achieve your desired results, clients will be responsible for the treatments needed to gain these results.

Retail: There are no refunds on retail products. You may, however, exchange the defective product within 14 days for the same product.

No refunds will be given on Gift Certificate purchases, gift are non-transferable and expire 6 months from date of purchase.

Children Policy

We ask that you please make child care arrangements before your appointment. Child care arrangements ensure the safety of your children and provide a relaxing environment for all clients.

Pet Policy

ENCHANTED loves animals; however, we ask that you please leave your pet at home during your visit. 

If you bring your non-service animal to your appointment, you will be requested to take the animal out. Help us avoid this embarrassment and disruption by leaving your pet at home.
