At Enchanted Medical Aesthetics, we pride ourselves on providing cutting-edge, personalized aesthetic solutions to help our clients look and feel their best. Although we do not offer refunds on services, service packages, series, prepaid treatments, or service deposits, we are deeply committed to our clients’ satisfaction.

Please note that individual results may vary from patient to patient due to factors such as skin type, lifestyle, and physiology. We strive to deliver your desired outcome, but results cannot be guaranteed. If additional treatments are recommended or required to achieve your desired results, clients are responsible for the full cost of those additional services.

All package sales, promotional offers, discounted services, and limited-time promotions are final and non-refundable. No pro-rated refunds, credits, or transfers will be issued for unused sessions or portions of packages.

Deposits or booking fees required to secure an appointment are strictly non-refundable. These amounts will be applied toward the scheduled service if the appointment is kept, or forfeited in the event of cancellation, rescheduling, late arrival, or no-show.

Enchanted Medical Aesthetics does not offer refunds on retail products. Products may not be returned or exchanged except in the case of a manufacturer’s defect.

For defective items, we will exchange for the identical product within 14 days of the original purchase date, provided:

Promotional, sale, or discounted retail products are final sale with no exchanges or returns.

Gift cards and e-gift cards (collectively “gift cards”) are non-refundable and non-transferable. Once purchased, gift cards may not be returned, redeemed for cash (in whole or in part), or exchanged under any circumstances, except where required by applicable law.

In compliance with Florida law, gift cards issued by Enchanted Medical Aesthetics do not expire and remain valid indefinitely until the full balance is redeemed. No dormancy, inactivity, or service fees will be applied.

Gift cards may be redeemed toward services and select retail products (subject to any restrictions noted at the time of purchase). Redemption requires:

Standalone gift card numbers will not be accepted. Enchanted Medical Aesthetics reserves the right to refuse redemption for any reason, including suspected fraud.

We are not responsible or liable for lost, stolen, damaged, or unauthorized use of gift cards. No replacements or reimbursements will be issued. Treat gift cards like cash. In the event of a chargeback on the original purchase payment method, the gift card will be immediately invalidated with zero remaining value. Suspected attempted gift card fraud will be reported to the appropriate authorities.
